FREE 15 MINUTE MEDITATION
Guided Visual Meditation
The meditation I have created is a visual feast of images of rural Irish country life, the ancient Irish landscape, the beauty of the natural world, life’s simplicity and the richness of arriving into the present moment in your body. Here, in this place of sanctuary, we can find safety within our bodies and minds, wonder at the wisdom within us, and be open to the mystery of what might be possible when we begin to make space for ourselves.
FREE INTRODUCTION TUTORIAL
Create Your Sanctuary
When we set our intention to cultivate sanctuary in our busy days, we allow ourselves to come into our bodies and own our separate ground. When we create sanctuary spaces in our internal and external worlds, we are symbolically creating spaces of ritual and inner reflection to honour ourselves and build a relationship with our souls.
In the Introduction Tutorial, we will follow five steps to create your Sanctuary within your home.

Eileen Ní Shuilleabháin is a psychotherapist, folklorist, and educator whose work brings together Irish mythology and folklore with the insights of Jungian depth psychology and psychotherapy. Eileen is dual located in the US, in Northern Nevada, and in Connemara, Ireland.
Raised in South Connemara in a Gaeltacht (Irish-speaking community), Eileen’s work is deeply shaped by the landscape, language, folklore, myth, and oral traditions of the West of Ireland, where she grew up. This work explores the mythic landscapes of the ancient Gaelic world, and how this rich heritage and ancestral memory is a doorway into one’s own inner symbolic life, offering spaces of depth, reflection, and inner transformation.
She has been in clinical practice for over 20 years in Adult Mental Health Services as well as in private practice and now she works with individuals and groups internationally.
