Cultivating
Sanctuary
The meditation I have created is a visual feast of images of rural Irish country life, the ancient Irish landscape, the beauty of the natural world, life’s simplicity and the richness of arriving into the present moment in your body. Here, in this sanctuary, we can find safety within our bodies and minds, wonder at the wisdom within us, and be open to the mystery of what might be possible when we begin to make space for ourselves.
