Healing the Mother Wound | Online Course Series

In this series, we journey into the depths of the Mother Archetype—perhaps the most universally recognised archetype of the feminine across cultures. In Jungian psychology, she is the great symbol of nurture, protection, compassion, and the life-giving force that sustains us. Mother is not only personal—she is mythic, ancestral, and collective.

Crossing the Dark Seas of Loss into Strange Country

What meaning can we glean from these challenging times on our journey? How can we support ourselves in this darkness to find a new ground?

Darkness is associated with new beginnings, with the seed's potential below the ground. These are liminal threshold times in the changing seasons of our lives. Every change comes with grief and loss, and we are asked to let something go even when we welcome positive changes…

My work is grounded in depth psychology and long-standing clinical practice, while also drawing from the symbolic, mythic, and ancestral imagination of Ireland.

It is a mythopoetic form of depth work — attentive to psyche, body, and symbol, and to the ancient patterns that continue to shape inner life.

This work is an invitation into depth, informed by Irish mythology and folklore, Ireland’s ancient landscapes, language, Jungian depth psychology, and embodied inner listening. Here, myth is not approached as story alone, but encountered as living terrain: a language of image, symbol, and psyche that speaks directly to the inner life. The work supports reconnection with body, soul, ancestry, and the deeper currents shaping one’s becoming.

“As we look, we feel the presence of a lost world.”

A Journey Inward

Healing the Wounds of the Abandoning Self

A Journey Inward is a five-part course series exploring the self-abandonment wound through body, psyche, myth, and soul.

This series supports grounding, inner safety, and reconnection with the body as a living hearth — drawing on Celtic symbolism, Irish mythology, folklore, somatic awareness, and depth-psychological reflection. Each course may be taken on its own or as part of the full journey.
